The pool of arbitrators who will have to express a ruling after Wada's appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport on 16 and 17 April is now complete. In addition to Dyson, the president will have to agree on a decision Jacques Radoux, Luxembourgish, appointed by the Tas, and the 'terrible' and very severe Ken Lalo, Israeli, appointed by Wada.

However, he is often called upon as an arbitrator and mediator in disputes, also in the sports field. He has been part of arbitration panels for Sports Resolution, for the Tas, for the Football association.
