Sinner changes manager and relies on his friend Vittur
The official announcement from the South Tyrolean champion: the relationship with Lawrence Frankopan ends, the management of commitments and sponsorships passes to the childhood friend

Jannik Sinner
Another important change in the life of Jannik Sinner, also waiting for the choice of the new coach since at the end of the season Darren Cahill will no longer be the coach of the world number one. Today Sinner, currently suspended after the agreement with Wada (and the results of his opponents are allowing him to return to number one again), has officially announced the interruption of his relationship with the StarWing Sports after five years. With a public note on social media, “Jannik Sinner has announced that his agent, Lawrence Frankopan, CEO of StarWing Sports, will step down from his role as overseer of Sinner's commercial relationships with immediate effect. Alex Vittur, founder of management agency Avima, will take complete control of Sinner's business from now on". Alex Vittur, a former tennis player himself, is Sinner's friend since they were children and was already managing most of Jannik's commitments also on behalf of StarWings Sports. With the new company that bears his name he will manage the image related businesses of the sample in full.
"During the years spent together Lawrence Frankopan and Jannik Sinner have achieved many heights and these experiences and achievements will always remain with both of them", the note continues, which then includes a statement from frankopan: “Given my long-standing commitment to StarWing Sports I could not accept the offer to work exclusively for Avima, but I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work for a talent like Jannik and proud of what we have achieved together. I wish Jannik all the best and many successes in the future”.
The statement ends with a thank you: “StarWing Sports has been instrumental in managing the commercial side of Sinner’s career since he was 18 years old, creating formidable partnerships with some of the most prestigious brands on a global scale.”
Now this part of the management will also pass to a friend who is Jannik consider him as a brother. In a few months, after the change of trainer and physiotherapist, and waiting for that of one of the coaches (the historical one, Simone Vagnozzi, is the other fixed point), the group that works around Sinner will have a completely different face.
