The big favourite in the race for the title certainly remains Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano, who will chase the record of the sixth consecutive Italian Cup and the seventh total trophy, with the aim of overtake Teodora Ravenna and Foppapedretti Bergamo so far tied at six points. The trophy holders will face each other in the first semi-final at 15pm Saturday against Igor Gorgonzola Novara, so far with four trophies, who will try to break a fast that has lasted since 2019, when the Piedmontese obtained their last Italian Cup one year after the start of the record streak of five consecutive victories opened by the Venetian team. If on one side of the scoreboard they are hunting for confirmation, on the other they are looking for the first success in history.
