Cyclocross: Tuscan Giannelli shines and wins the Master Cross

Casalecchio di Reno, December 8 - After the success achieved in Narni, the amateur Alessio Giannelli does the double in cyclocross. The athlete of the GS Borgonuovo of Prato he in fact asserted himself in the national race of Casalecchio di Reno, fifth round of the Italian Championship, thus winning the special Master Cross Trophy. A super performance by Giannelli, well supported and helped by his teammate Alessandro Nannini during the race which took place in the Bike Park area on a cold afternoon.

In this race Giannelli confirmed the progress already shown in the previous races, and after this prestigious success he will continue Cyclocross activity in the races that are still scheduled. Finally, next season Alessio Giannelli will also compete in the road races with the new VPM team.
