Vuelta 2025: dates, route and stages

The 90th edition of the Spanish race will start from Turin and arrive in Madrid after 3.151 km: in between there will be many climbs, including the fearsome Angliru

Rome, 20 December 2024 - The only thing missing from the roll call is the Giro d'Italia 2025, who will discover his own path the 13st January. Meanwhile, also the 2025 lap, Scheduled August 23th al 14 September 2025, reveals itself and does so after having already made it public la Great Partenza dall 'Italy, the location chosen to celebrate the first 90 editions.  

The path

  In the past weeks the Spanish race had already presented its initial part, the one that will take place in Piemonte, with the start from Venaria Reale, to 3 complete stages, plus a part of the fourth before the transfer which will take place through the FrenchThe total kilometers to be covered will be 3.151, many of which are traditionally reserved for climbers. The mountain stages are in fact well 8, among which the uphill finishes on theAngliru (to be climbed from the side of The Vega, 12 km with an average slope close to 10%), on theAlto de la Farrapona World Ball, placed at 2.250 meters in height. The time trials are instead 2, one individual and one team, with the picture being completed by 5 medium mountain stages, 5 mixed stages and only 1 totally flat and therefore reserved for sprinters (the initial one, which Novara will put the first red jersey up for grabs). Always in Italy, Limone Piemonte, there will be the first uphill arrival, at an altitude 1.381 meters, but in the menu of climbers, and in general of those who want to write their name on the roll of honour after that of Primois Roglic, in 2025 lap The climbs also include Pau (FR), Huesca The Magic, Valdecaray Ski Resort, The Fair Larra Belagua e Up the Morredero.
