The month of March was archived with a piece of data that represents a unique event – ​​for the moment, but let's hope it remains so – in the Nerazzurri's journey: in the record sheet of Caracciolo and his teammates there are in fact two consecutive defeats, in the direct clashes in series at home to Sassuolo e Spezia. Even in light of these setbacks, the average votes accumulated by our favourites were, in some cases, lower than in previous months. The only exception, obviously, Filippo Inzaghi: the coach closed March with an average of 7,13. It is also thanks to his leadership qualities and charismatic guidance that he Sporting club has not lost its way but, on the contrary, has irrefutably strengthened its candidacy for promotion to Serie A. Among its players, those who have stood out most are captain Caracciolo, Bonfanti, Toure, piccinini, Moreo e Mortuary: all with a nice 6,5 result of goals, excellent performances and a concrete contribution to the two consecutive victories achieved in the second half of March, preparatory to the leap in the standings against Spezia. The situation of Idrissa Toure, whose average is "dirtied" by the failure suffered in the "Picco" race. Similar development for Gabriele Piccinini, protagonist of a performance below his standard against Sassuolo, but back to his best against Mantua and Cosenza. Full marks also canestrelli, Marine, Hojholt, Sunsets, Master, Lind e Semper. The Croatian goalkeeper, as a player of substance that he is, very often finds himself as a non-paying spectator of his teammates' performances: when he is called upon by his opponents, however, he represents a certainty and a top player in his category. A mention must also be made for the Italian-Corsican diamond, who "failed" in the big matches against the first and third forces of the tournament, receiving two negative evaluations promptly balanced by a champion performance against Mantova.

The only member of the Nerazzurri squad who has put together an average rating lower than 6 in the last four weeks is Samuele Anchor: the left-back finished with a 5,88 that captures the slight physical decline suffered after so many months spent with his foot always pressed on the accelerator. A dry spell already behind him, judging by the response given in the Cosenza match.
