The ultras' protest gains followers. Only 28 curve tickets sold
Advance tickets for Sassuolo-Reggiana close today at 19pm. Even the black and green fans could decide not to enter

Domani allo stadio non vedremo una curva piena come questa
In short: tomorrow's match on the pitch will not be the only one scheduled, but there will be another one outside the stadium. Where the Granata supporters will gather to protest against Carnevali who did not allow the inversion of the curves and "sent" the Teste Quadre into the away curve. A decision (legitimate according to the rules) that however, on the Granata side, is considered yet another outrage by the black-green club, owner of the stadium through Mapei, but considered an unwanted guest by the Reggio Emilia fans.
It is curious that even Sassuolo fans are thinking of not following the match from the south curve and even staying outside the stadium in solidarity with their "colleagues" from the Granata. We will see. It is certainly an unpleasant situation. For everyone. A situation that has forced the Viminale to consider the match high risk and for this reason many men from the police force will be mobilized (at taxpayers' expense).
It won't be easy to manage this type of protest, which has never happened in over a hundred years of Granata history. How many fans will be outside the stadium? It's hard to predict. Also considering the weather (rain is expected in the afternoon, maybe even in the evening), many people could decide to stay home. Teste Quadre and Vandelli are convinced that at least two thousand people will gather.
In their company, as mentioned, there could be the black-green fans, who often chant "Stadio 'Ricci' unica casa" (a banner with this writing was shown during the first leg). For them, the inversion of the curves would not have been a problem.
The certainty is that many Reggio Emilia residents will not enter: in addition to the joint statement with the Vandelli Group on March 17 where it was said "the natural consequence will be to stay out of the stadium", the Teste Quadre have released another note in the last few hours. "Congratulations to all the actors in this comedy for the crap they do. We hope that no Reggio Emilia residents enter the stadium. Anyone who buys a ticket is a M***A".
In short, there is a real risk of an incredible paradox: the same match that in the first leg saw the "Città del Tricolore" record attendance for the season (11.308 spectators), could also see the one with the fewest (for now it is Sassuolo-Sudtirol, with 3802 spectators).
