Forlì, still need 5 wins. Party? First another month at the top

With 6 days to go, the red and whites are 5 points ahead of Ravenna but cannot be distracted. If the lead were to grow, the game could be closed on April 17, in the pre-Easter round.

Generally speaking, the schedule of the two contenders presents equal pitfalls. On its path, Forlì will meet Sasso Marconi, Tuttocuoio, Piacenza, Pistoiese, San Marino and Imolese, while Ravenna will face Corticella, Tau, Fiorenzuola, Cittadella Vis Modena and Lentigione and Progresso. Most of these teams have not yet fully achieved their objectives: salvation (in the case of Sasso Marconi, Piacenza, San Marino and Corticella) or playoffs (Pistoiese, Tau and Lentigione). In the last round, Forlì will host Imolese at home, who are sailing in largely calm waters, while the Giallorossi will be guests of Progresso, who could still be entangled in the fight to avoid relegation.

If Forlì gets at least 15 points (5 wins) it will be certain to go up to C. The dream lived against Ravenna must be extended by a month. In the best case scenario, in case of a slip-up by the Giallorossi in some of the next matches, increasing their advantage, Miramari and the team could celebrate before Easter, on April 17 at home against Pistoiese. In case of two teams finishing on equal points, the regulation provides for a play-off on neutral ground.

In detail, in the next matchday, Forlì will be the guest of Sasso Marconi, a Bologna team looking for salvation points, but with a home performance that has left much to be desired so far. On the contrary, the red and whites have shown that they do not suffer from the distance from the 'Morgagni'. At the same time, the 'cousins' from Ravenna will host the equally aggressive Corticella. Same points as Sasso Marconi, the Bologna white and blues are however improving in the return round.

In the 30th round, scheduled for April 6, the scenario on paper could instead play in favor of the Galletti. Trombetta and his teammates will receive the visit of Tuttocuoio: the Tuscans are currently sailing in calm waters with a +5 on the thirteenth Corticella (and first to play the playouts). The minds of the neroverdi should be clearer than their fellow countrymen of Tau Altopascio, who instead will host Ravenna. After a surprising first part of the championship - and in the lead for several days - the 'fairy tale' Tau has gradually faded in favor of the more famous and qualitatively superior Forlì and Ravenna. Mister Simone Venturi's boys have nevertheless managed to maintain the high areas of the standings: net of how the playoffs go, for them finishing in third place would almost be a victory.

The pre-Easter round seems to be smiling on mister Marco Marchionni's boys: Fiorenzuola will arrive at the 'Benelli', bottom of the table with a current disadvantage of 6 points over Sammaurese, sixteenth in the standings and last to play the playouts. Forlì, for its part, will go to Piacenza, a team beaten 6-1 in the first leg but still entangled in the playouts and in a merciless standings situation for the coat of arms of the red and white wolves. In any case, a team that will need points and theoretically has the strength to get them.

Four days later, back on the field: for Ravenna, a quiet away game in Modena against Cittadella (38 points, not too many, not too few, no hope of the playoffs). Forlì instead is busy with Pistoiese, third in the standings. The Tuscans, arriving third, could still play some cards for the repechages.

Finally, in the penultimate round, if the situation were to remain unchanged, i.e. with Forlì and Ravenna separated by 5 points, the Giallorossi would necessarily have to win at the 'Benelli' against the difficult Lentigione and hope for a stumble by the Galletti against San Marino (in Cattolica).
